In the event of bad weather, changes to the schedule will be emailed to team contacts.

Options

Event may be delayed to allow additional time for travel.
Event may be cancelled due to the weather.

Announcements will go out by 6:00AM the morning of the event. All teams are encouraged to use their best judgement when deciding to attend.

If the Event Partner cancels the event, refunds will be offered.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend no refunds will be processed.

Formato de evaluación

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
