HSA Columbus Elmentary School invites you to compete in this VEX IQ Level Up event. This is a Blended event, so all teams are welcome! It will be held in the HSA High School Gym

We look forward to seeing you there!

Lunch:

Concessions will be available all day for lunch and snacks.

Note: One large cheese pizza will be free for each team. Additions will be chargeable.

Pizza Pre-Orders will be available for additions. Order forms will be posted closer to the event.

Once the order is placed, concessions will handle all payments and distribution of orders.

Any team not paid within two weeks of the event will be transferred to the waitlist.

Please make sure all participants and coaches have filled out the online consent form - all teams are required to submit prior to competing.

9:30-12:00 - Qualification Matches

12:00-12:45 - Lunch

12:45-2:30 - Qualification

3:00 - Awards

In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Registration fees will be refunded if the event is canceled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will be no refunds for individual team cancellations.

Formato de evaluación

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
