Información general
This event will be located at Justice Intermediate School at 720 N. Miller Ave., Marion, IN 46952.
Audience is permitted. Children not on a robotics team must remain with parents during this event.
Coaches, please submit consent forms in advance to VEX Events.
These events will be from 5:00pm until 7:30pm (or earlier) and will include skills on the final night.
State Qualifying Awards: 1 state spot will be offered for Skills Champion. The top Alliance Teams will also receive Teamwork Champion Awards - but they are not state qualifying spots.
No judging will take place at this league.

We understand that robots may be in a basic stage and driving practice may be limited at the first competition. That is to be expected. This is a time for students to learn from each other's robot designs and driving skills.
More specific information will be added as we are closer to our first competition date.

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
If there is ever a need to cancel an event due to weather, an email will be sent out by noon on the day of the event. Then it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
If there is no school (due to weather) on a day when an event is scheduled, that evening's event will also be rescheduled.
Políticas de reembolso y pago
If the Event Partner cancels the event due to weather, that session will be rescheduled for a later time, but before the next scheduled session.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw within 2 weeks of the event the EP will refund.
If the Coach/Mentor does not notify the EP within 2 weeks prior to the first event date, then the money will not be refunded.
Health and Safety Policies
Please enter through Door 13 on event nights. All children not on a robotics team that attend must be with an adult.
