Please check your email for cancellations/delays based on weather.
In the event of inclement weather, we plan to reschedule the event. If, for some reason, we are unable to reschedule, refunds will be issued to each registered team minus the $5 registration fee through RobotEvents.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund.
Payment Deadline is February 7, 2027. Not paying by this date may mean that your team is placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Health and Safety Policies
- Tool and Pin Extraction: Use the official pin tool safely to pry pieces apart rather than using teeth, fingernails, or sharp household tools like scissors or knives.
- Pinch Points: Keep fingers clear of moving gears, chains, and motorized intakes while the robot is powered on.
- Practice Area Cleanliness: Store extra beams, pins, and connectors in organized storage bins to keep the workspace and walking floors clear of tripping and slipping hazards.
