We are excited to host the Far West Texas "Level Up" Showdown VEX IQ Tournament! The competition will take place at Clint Early College Academy (13100 Alameda Ave, Clint, TX 79836).
Welcome to Clint ISD's Janaury's VEX IQ Event! We are looking forward to another great event. This is an in-person event. No judging for this event. Please read each of the following. Each of these will be adhered to with no exceptions. Only region 1 registrations will be accepted.

All attendees are expected to abide by the code of conduct

Although we don’t expect there to be any violations during the tournament, the EP reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) and ask perpetrators to leave the premises. .

All participants are expected to have the participant release form on file before competing. Please verify that all your students have this form completed and it has been uploaded to your team’s account
Concessions will be available at the event.
There will not be public practice fields offered at this event. If you bring your field, note that it becomes a public field when your team is not using it.

8:30 a.m. All Teams General Briefing
8:45 a.m. Referee Briefing
9:00 a.m. Tournament and Skills Begins

*Please keep in mind that all times are approximate, tournaments can tend to run ahead of schedule. The tournament schedule is subject to change throughout the day. We will adhere to the match number rather than match start time.

The event is indoors and will proceed rain, snow, or shine. Unless there is a power outage.

If the Event Partner cancels the event we will refund 100% of your payment
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Payment must be received prior the event. If the payment is not received, your team/s will be removed from the event and your spot will be given to a team on the waitlist.
Formato de evaluación
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Deadline to submit is January 18, 2027 by the end of the day. No exceptions.
