Bixby Public Schools is proud to present the VEX IQ New Team Tournament! This event is intentionally designed for new coaches and students to help understand how a VEX IQ tournament works. This event will be scaffolded with explicit instruction to help students and coaches learn the nuances of competition and will be structured to help new teams succeed in the VEX IQ competition.
Please note your team must meet one of the following qualifications to register for this event:
- The coach listed as the Primary contact is a first year VEX IQ coach.
OR - 51% of the students on the team have never competed in VEX IQ before.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- A credit will be applied towards an event hosted by Bixby Public Schools for the future.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refund will be offered.

- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
