We’re excited to begin the WCS season with Freedom Intermediate School's Freedom Clash, a blended VEX IQ tournament designed to give teams an early opportunity to test their builds, collaborate, and gain inspiration in a supportive and fun environment.

Key Details:

Practice Fields, Skills, and Inspection will be available Saturday morning.
Global Robotics Participant Waiver

Payment Policy:

Payment is due within three weeks of registration or immediately if registering after December 14, 2026, unless prior arrangements are made with the Event Partner.
Teams not paid within three weeks will be moved to the waitlist and may be re-added only if space is available.
If your payment process takes longer than three weeks, please communicate clearly with the EP to avoid being waitlisted.

REMINDER: Each team will need to provide 1 volunteer for the tournament. If you have 4 teams coming from your school, you will need to provide 4 volunteers.

Volunteers are essential to a successful tournament. Please consider volunteering. No prior experience is necessary. Volunteers will receive any training necessary. lunch, and a full day of inspiration working with incredibly talented youth.

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo

If the event must be cancelled due to bad weather or another emergency, every attempt will be made to reschedule the event. If bad weather requires the event to be delayed, but held on the same day, each coach will be notified via email and phone.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: a refund will be given.

If your team is unable to attend, you can withdraw and request a refund up to 4 weeks prior to the event. After that we will be unable to give refunds.

Formato de evaluación

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
