Welcome to our VEX IQ Robotics Competition on February 7, 2027. Stratford School, San Marino Robotics Lab, and JS Education Foundation are pleased to host this event together. We look forward to welcoming teams for a day of teamwork, problem-solving, and competition.
Please review the current season’s Game Manual and make sure your robot is ready for inspection. Arrive on time so your team can complete check-in and robot inspection before matches begin.
Teams wishing to have their engineering notebooks considered for judging should follow the digital submission instructions and deadline on the RobotEvents event page.
Food and Refreshments
Pizza lunches will be available by preorder, and snacks will be sold at the venue. Pizza ordering details will be shared before the event. Teams and families are also welcome to bring their own food and water.
Spectators and Event Updates
Families and friends are welcome to attend and support the teams. Please respect the competition areas and follow the directions of event staff and volunteers.
Coaches and team contacts should check this event page before the tournament for the final schedule, parking information, and other updates.

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refunds will be available.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Full refund will be available if cancelled at least 7 days before event day.
No refund available if cancelled 7 days or less before event day.
Formato de evaluación
The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
