Coaches,
Sign up for whichever league suits you best. I'll fill in CCS teams to even them out. Although this is a 3 session league event, all three sessions will offer qualification matches & skills challenges. During the final session skills challenges will only be offered until Alliance Selection begins.

Meetings will take place from 4-8PM.
Teams may run skills as soon as they are checked in and passed inspection.
Teams must be checked in and passed inspection by 5:30 in order to participate that evening.
Our final evening will include qualification & skills matches, followed by alliance selection and finals. We will have a slightly longer schedule TBA.
Voluntario
CCS will have 1/2 of it's students participating in the league and the other 1/2 volunteering in roles such as field resetting and scorekeeping.
Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
In the event of bad weather, we'll cancel the league and not reschedule. With a goal of 4 matches per team per meet, we'll still have 8 matches instead of 12 if we lose a meet.
Políticas de reembolso y pago
If the Event Partner cancels one of the league sessions, there will be no refunds. If we cancel all of them, we will refund each teams's payment.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: we will not refund any registration fee.

If we livestream, it will be available on our youtube channel.
