Refund Policy

If the Event Partner cancels the event:A full refund of all registration fees will be issued. Refunds will be made to the address associated with the team's event registration, regardless of the original payment method. The Event Partner will issue the refund using their standard refund process, which may include mailing a check or another payment method at the Event Partner's discretion.

Examples:

• If payment was made by check, the Event Partner may issue a refund by check to the school's or organization's business office.
• If payment was made through a purchase order or other invoicing process, the Event Partner may issue a refund according to their organization's financial procedures.

If a Coach/Mentor withdraws a team or the team does not attend:If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and later withdraws the team or the team does not attend, no refunds will be issued.

Payment Deadline: Payment is due within 30 days of registration. Teams that have not paid by the payment deadline may be moved to the waitlist to make room for another team.

Formato de evaluación

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
