Voluntario
Running an event takes many volunteers. We are always in need of volunteers to assist the day of the event. Lunches are provided for all volunteers in addition to drinks and snacks the day of the event.
Volunteers for the event will need to be present by 7:30AM until the end of the event which is normally no later than 4:30PM.
- Volunteers for the judges role must be 18 years of age or older an not in high school
- Head referee must be 21 years of age.
- The head referee must be certified through the VEX PD+.
- Head referee must be 21 years of age.
- Field reset volunteers are needed and can range from upper elementary to adult ages.
- Scorekeepers are needed and ages can range from highschool age 16 to adults ages.

The event partner will notify the coaches if event is cancelled due to weather.

Refunds:
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be issued if event is cancelled by EP.
If you request to wait list your team/teams:
Teams will only be moved to the waitlist within 2 weeks of their registration closing date. NO TEAMS WILL BE MOVED TO THE WAITLIST ONCE THE EVENT CLOSES TO REGISTRATION ON ROBOTEVENTS.
If a Team completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
refunds will NOT be issued.

Payment is due one week prior to the event. Please reach out to the event partner for any questions.

- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
