We look forward to hosting you at Osceola Science Charter School. We ask that all Engineer Design Journals be uploaded on events.vex.com by Novemeber 11th at 3:00pm to ensure that we are able to get the journals to judges to be judged. This will ensure that our judges are able to focus on interviews and seeing students in action the day of the event.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the event that this competition gets cancelled by the event partner, you will receive a refund for your registration fees.
If a Coach/Mentor registers but doesn't pay the registration fee by the payment deadline (11/22/2025):
Your team(s) will be moved to the waitlist and the available spots will go to other teams on the waitlist.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and payment for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We will not be able to issue a refund.

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
