Awards Ceremony will start immediately after the final elimination match.

Please note this is a tentative agenda, due to things out of our control, times may change slightly.
Please help us keep things moving: pay attention to what match is being played and your next match at all times. Please report to queuing two matches before your match. The times printed on match schedules are estimates.
To help the day move smoothly, teams not present when called to the field will be No Showed for that match.

We need volunteers to help make Comets Feastival a fun and successful robotics competition! Whether you can help with check-in, judging, field support, concessions, or other event-day tasks, your time and support would be greatly appreciated. High school students can receive community service hours.
Política de emergencia/mal tiempo
Although the liklihood of bad weather or emergency situations causing us to cancel or reschedule the event is minimal, we will email teams if such situations occur.
Políticas de reembolso y pago
If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: before registration closes, a 50% refund will be issued; after registration closes, a refund will not be issued.
Formato de evaluación
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
