Welcome to the Millennium Stars V5 Tournament!
Millennium 6-12 Collegiate Academy invites middle and high school VEX V5 teams to Tamarac, Florida, on Saturday, November 14, 2026, for a full day of competition, engineering, programming, and teamwork.
This 20-team event will include qualification matches, the Robot Skills Challenge, elimination matches, in-person team interviews, and judged awards. Registration is limited to one team per school so more schools have the opportunity to participate.
Teams should arrive prepared for robot inspection, match play, Driving Skills, Autonomous Coding Skills, and judging. Additional event instructions will be shared with registered teams before the tournament.

This revised schedule leaves time for Alliance Selection and Elimination Matches before the Tournament Champions are recognized. Final times may be adjusted after registration closes and the match schedule is built.
Voluntario
The Millennium Stars V5 Tournament needs volunteers to help create a welcoming and well-run experience for students, coaches, and families. Volunteer opportunities may include check-in, robot inspection, queuing, field reset, scorekeeping, refereeing, judging, pit support, and event setup and cleanup.
Both experienced and first-time volunteers are welcome. Event-day guidance will be provided. Anyone interested in volunteering should contact the Event Partner through the event page.

The safety of students, volunteers, and families is our first priority. If severe weather, including a hurricane or tropical storm, requires the event to be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled, updates will be posted on the event page and communicated to registered teams by email.
If the Event Partner cancels the event, registration fees will be refunded according to the published refund policy.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Registration reserves a spot for the team and commits the Event Partner to event expenses. If a coach or mentor withdraws a team or chooses not to attend after registering, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Payment Policy
Payment must be received by November 1, 2026. Teams that have not submitted payment by the deadline may be moved to the waitlist, and their spot may be offered to another team through events.vex.com.
Formato de evaluación
Team interviews will be conducted in person during the event. Every team will be offered an opportunity to interview with the judges. Teams that decline an interview will not be eligible for judged awards.
Engineering notebooks will be reviewed using the published Engineering Notebook Rubric. Notebook and interview findings will be considered together with the applicable award criteria during judging deliberations. Submission instructions and deadlines will be communicated to registered teams before the event.
