Información general
The VEX V5 6th Annual Akron Public Schools Robotics League will be hosted in the STEM High School cafeteria.
Spectators are permitted at the event after 2:30pm. Doors open for participants at 1pm.
We will host 4 Events, with the last one culminating in a winner take all elimination tournment.
Our goal is to provide a competitive and enjoyable tournament experience. The event will feature 2 competition fields, 1 practice field, and 1 skills field.
A concession stand with food, beverages, snacks etc will be available. Participants will be fed at the event.

In the event of bad weather, we will follow Akron Public Schools calamity day protocol. In the event that Akron Public Schools are closed on that day, we will reschedule the event as accomadating as possible.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund or credit will be offered
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refund will be offered

All health and safety protocols will be followed according to Akron Public Schools policy.

Formato de evaluación
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
