Eagle Hill School is excited to host this Override VEX V5 Robotics League.
The league is taking place on the following days and times:
November 4th, 2026, 3:00-6:30 pm (Skills and Qualifying Matches only)
November 11th, 2026, 3:00-6:30 pm (Skills and Qualifying Matches only)
November 18th, 2026, 3:00-6:30 pm (Skills and Qualifying Matches)
December 5th, 2026, 9:00am-2:00 pm (Judging and League Finals)
The League will be held in the
Ronald M. Baglio Sports and Fitness Center.

Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase at the concession stand.
This event will use Digital Engineering Notebooks. Teams will have to submit their notebooks on their account page on events.vex.com no later than 5:00pm on November 20, 2026. No physical notebooks will be accepted for judging.
Team interviews will take place during Finals session.

If the venue is closed due to bad weather or any situation outside our immediate control and the event can not be rescheduled, refunds, minus event costs, will be issued in a timely manner.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be made after Registration closes. If the team withdraws from an event prior to registration closing, a full refund will be issued within a timely manner.

League qualification and elemination matches will be livestreamed on the Pioneer Robotics youtube channel.
Formato de evaluación
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com. The submission deadline for the notebook is no later than 5:00pm on November 20th, 2026
