Volunteers are always welcome!! Especially Judges and at the Inspection Tables.

Tables will be set up on the stage again this year, all fields will be on the floor.

Please turn in all notebooks at the check-in table.

If inclement weather happens, we will cancel by 3:00 on Friday afternoon.

If inclement weather occurs, events will be called by 3:00 pm on Friday, January 22.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: All pre-paid teams will be issued a refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No Show: No Refund

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
