Drop off your Engineering Notebooks when you check in. Teams will be up on the stage again this year. Events on the floor.

Any volunteers will be welcomed!

Judges, Head Refs, Score keepers.....the more the better!!

If inclement weather should occur, I will notify teams by 2:00 the Friday before the event.

Should I have to cancel due to weather and your team(s) have already registered, we will refund the money back to your district.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Money will be refunded. I will contact you regarding what information we need to get the check to you.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Show = No refund

Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
