7:30 am Doors open and team check-in begins
7:30 Inspection begins

8:00 Skills Begins (will open multiple game fields to get teams through quickly)
9:00 Check-in and Inspection ends
9:15 Team & Driver meeting
9:30 Qualification matches begin

12:00n to 1:00 pm Lunch (concessions provided)

3:30 Qualification matches & Skills end
3:45 Alliance selection
4:00 Finals matches (Awards intermixed between rounds)
5:30 Final awards and closing

NOTES:
- Alliances will be 2 teams.
- All teams up to 32 will participate in the finals. (Note: Teams that decline invitations may inadvertently remove themselves from finals)
- If an odd number of teams, the last-ranked team should still attend Alliance Selection in case a team withdraws due to a problem with their robot.
- All finals matches will be one-and-done (no best-of-three matches).
- Ties in finals matches will be replayed until a winner is determined.

Política de emergencia/mal tiempo

In the event that an emergency or inclimate weather cancels this tournament, coaches/contacts will be contacted through email and the event will be updated in RobotEvents. Final decisions will be made the night before the tournament. In the event of a cancellation, the tournament may be rescheduled depending on schedule constraints at Grand Island Senior High School.

Políticas de reembolso y pago

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

If the event cancels because of weather we will attempt to reschedule the event.  If it can not be rescheduled then there will be a full refund.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

If a team withdraws from the event before the registration deadline will receive a full refund. There will be no refunds if they withdraw after the registration deadline.

Formato de evaluación

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

Judging will likely take place at a common area of the tournament. Judging will not happen in pits. Teams should make sure they are judged before the window closes.
