9:00-10:30: Skills Open

10:30-12:00: Qualification Matches

12:00-1:00: Lunch

1:00-3:30:Qualification Matches (skills close at end of last Qualification match)

3:30-4:00: Finals Matches Begin

4:00: Awards

Volunteers are welcome! High school volunteers will recieve community service hours.

If the event will not run as planned you will receive an email.

If schools are closed due to inclement weather and travel is not allowed from your district to the event, refunds or rainchecks will be made.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be given

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be given.
