Running an event takes many volunteers. We are always in need of volunteers to assist the day of the event. Lunches are provided for all volunteers in addition to drinks and snacks the day of the event. Volunteers for the event will need to arrive between 7:00am-7:30pm and remain until the end of the event which we will aim for no later than 5:00pm.

Volunteers for the judge's role varies by program. Minimum age per event: VEX IQ 18+, VEX V5 20+, VEX AIR 21+. https://library.globalrobotics.org/hc/en-us/articles/50474499381268-Glossary-of-Terms#j-header-10

Field reset volunteers are needed and can range from upper elementary (6th grade) to adult age.

Scorekeeper Referee are needed and may be a volunteer who tracks scoring and identifies rule violations. They report to the Head Referee. https://library.globalrobotics.org/hc/en-us/articles/50474499381268-Glossary-of-Terms#s-header-18

Head Referee is a certified volunteer responsible for officiating at an event: enforcing the game rules, making final rulings on scoring and rule violations, and overseeing the scorekeeper referees.
