Henry County is excited to host this VEX IQ tournament. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form.

7:45am - 8:45am - Check-In/Registration/Inspection
NOTE: All teams must be through inspection by 8:45am
7:45am - Fields Open for Skills Challenges
NOTE: Each team will be able to run a maximum of 3 robot (driver) skills challenges and 3 programming challenges. 3 fields will be available for Skills Challenge attempts from 7:45am - 8:45am, but only 1 field will be open for skills challenges during qualification matches (9:15am - 12:15pm). Teams should attempt to finish as many skills challenges as possible before 8:40am to limit the amount needed between qualification matches. The Skills Field will close at the end of the last qualification round (approximately 12:00pm)
8:50am - 9:10am - Drivers Meeting & Welcome
9:15am - 12:00pm - Skills Field Open

In the event of bad weather, a decision will be made based on the local school system.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: An attempt will be made to reschedule the event for a future date. Due to the way event payments are received and processed, refunds cannot be issued. Any payment made may be applied toward a future Henry County event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be issued.

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
