Be sure to check back the week before the event for updated information or check your email for any updates.
Several days before the event a survey will be sent to the coaches asking them to choose a time slot for their team to attend.
Each team can be assigned only 1 time slot, can arrive anytime during the time slot, and should depart at the end of their time slot..
You will be able to run 3 Driver runs and 3 autonomous runs during your designated time slot.
there will be time to make minor robot or programming adjustments between runs.
Multiple skills fields will be set up to accommodate all registered.

Always check the evening before and the morning of the event for weather related concerns.
You will be notified via email if there is a weather condition that prevents the event from happening.

Refunds are only available 3 weeks before the event.
Refunds will not be issued within 3 weeks of the event.
If you choose not to attend and it is before the 3 week window mentioned above, you can request a refund.
If the event is cancelled, you can choose to --
a) apply the money to another event which we are hosting for the current season
b) receive a refund via paypal minus the processing fees
c) donate it to our scholarship program for 1st to 8th graders which are financially challenged
