Our venue is indoors, so we will be able to host the event even if it is raining.

Payment

Payment must be received 4 weeks from registration, or 2 weeks before the event, whichever comes first.  Open spots within 2 weeks of the event will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  This is needed to cover event costs. 

Refunds

If the Event Partner cancels the event, then all entries that have paid will be reimbursed.

We cannot process refunds if a coach/mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend.

Digital engineering notebook submissions & in person team interviews

Notebooks will be due on Wednesday, November 4th, at 5pm PST.  We want an early start to notebooks to ensure we get all teams notebooks- but you're welcome to continue working on them after submitting!

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com.
