The Campus is once again excited to host VEX Robotics in the new Override Season! We're looking foward to seeing amazing competition and creativity in robot construction at the Yeti Robotics Classic @ The Campus (BLENDED).
Hosted at The Yeti Campus in Colorado Springs, this high-energy tournament kicks off the season for high school and middle school teams from across the Front Range and beyond.

Volunteer Info
We always need additional volunteers to support robotics. If coaches or parents(any non-D49 student that is 18+) would like to volunteer as judges, scorekeepers, or queuers or any other position, our district policy requires them to complete the D49 Volunteer background check: https://www.d49.org/our-community/volunteer-opportunities. If you would like to volunteer, then please complete this in advance of the tournament and then reach out to [email protected] to inform us that you have completed it.

NOTE: If we get ahead, we will stay ahead. Keep track of your match order, not just the anticipated time. If all teams are through inspection, we will start early.

Hätätilanteita/huonoa säätä koskevat käytännöt
In case of inclement weather, coaches will be notified by email no later than 6AM the morning of the event:
As Scheduled: The event will proceed as scheduled
Soft Start: We will accomodate late arrivals - the coach must reach out (info will be communicated via email).
Canceled: The event will be rescheduled - you can roll your entry over or ask for refund.
Palautus- ja maksuehdot
To receive any refund, you must complete the required D49 forms (such as W-9) - refunds will be issued by the business office.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will receive a full refund less any VEXevents administration fees.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If the withdrawl occurs prior to October 31, 2026, then a full refund less any VEXevents adminstration fees will be issued.
If the withdrawl occurs on or after November 1, 2026, then no refund may be issued.

The Campus is a nut-free building.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
Engineering Notebooks must be submitted in VEXevents no later than Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 11:59PM.
In-Person Interviews will take place on the day of the event. The format and schedule for in-person interviews will be announced and sent out to coaches in advance.
