The league will take place in the auditorium at Covington Catholic High School. Judging will take place during the final session. Please have your notebooks updated and submitted digitally 1 week prior to the final session.

Please reach out to [email protected] if you are interested in volunteering as a judge, scorekeeper, or robot inspector at any of the league sessions. Judges will only be needed at the final session on November 11th.

The event will not be rescheduled if cancelled due to bad weather.
Palautus- ja maksuehdot
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- A 50% refund will be processed for an event cancelled due to weather related emergencies.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- Refunds will not be given to teams cancelling less than a week before the competition. Refunds will be sent out around 6 weeks from the event who cancel in due time. If teams registered and paid through events.vex.com we must receive the funds from events.vex.com first, this some times takes 3-6 months.
Tuomarointimuoto
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted physically or digitally for evaluation. Please have your engineering notebook submitted 1 week prior to the final session. Physical notebooks should be submitted at the second to last league session on 11/4. Digital notebooks should be submitted via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
