Doors open at 8:00AM.
Competition space will be very limited and audience seating will be sparse. Limit the number of friends/family attending as much as possible.
Matches and Robot Skills will be run on VEX V5 Robotics Competition portable competition fields atop 24" risers.
Make sure you bring the following with you:
* Goggles/Safety Glasses
* Spare parts & tools
* Batteries and chargers
* Programming cable
* Power strip / extension chord
* Laptop computer
All attendees are expected to abide by the Code of Conduct.
All participants are expected to complete the Participant Release Form. Once per season covers all events.

This competition will start with Robot Skills. Robot Skills will close at the end of the qualifying matches. See schedule below.

This event could be postponed due to extreme weather conditions and district policies.

Payment Policy
Payment should be made at least 10 calendar days before the day of the competition. Ten calendar days before the event, we will check your payment status in events.vex.com. If your status is listed as "Unpaid", "Pending" or anything other than "Paid", you will be contacted via email and asked to reply showing proof of CC payment or approved purchase order (e.g. a scanned image or PDF of the PO). If you fail to provide proof of payment by noon on the Saturday prior to the event (i.e. one week prior to the competition), your team(s) will be moved to the waitlist and your spot(s) will go to other teams.
If you pay your registration but are unable to attend, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the event partner has to cancel the event.
