Welcome to the 2026 Missouri Robotics State Championships.  Good luck on punching your ticket to the World Championships.Eligible Teams will be invited after a qualifying tournment results are uploaded.  After all qualifying tournaments have concluded, any empty registration positions will be filled from the Missouri State Skills Challege Rankings.

Qualification: Teams will be sent an invite through RobotEvents as they qualify at events throughout the season. A team must have posted a skills score -OR- have competed in a qualifying event in the current season to be eligible for an Missouri State Championship invitation.

As the Championship nears, coaches please watch for additional information via email.  All the most up-to-date information regarding food, reminders, etc. will be published here on RobotEvents for teams and families. 

Registration Fee: Registration fees are due within three weeks of regisration or by February 27, 2026, whichever comes first. Teams that fail to pay registration or submit a PO within these guidelines will be moved to the waitlist.  All teams must have the registration fee paid prior to attending the State Championship.  

 

 

Participation and Consent Form: All team members, coaches and adult mentors should fill out the online consent form which is good all season and for all RECF run events.  A link to the instructions for online consent form can be found here

Lunch & Concessions: Lunch and Concessions information will be available soon.

This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

Politica in caso di emergenza/maltempo

Hopefully, this is not an issue, if we have to postpone, we will attempt to find a facility the following week to host.  There will be no refunds unless we have to cancel the event.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event we will refund participants minus the $5 RECF fee if we cannot reschedule.

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend there will NOT be a refund.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Notebooks are due at 5pm on February 24, 2026.
