Code of Conduct

The REC Foundation considers the positive, respectful, and ethical conduct of teams to be an essential component of the competition. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner, and to operate as student-centered teams with limited adult assistance. This includes all students, teachers, coaches, mentors, parents, and spectators associated with a team.

For more details, please refer to the REC Foundation Code of Conduct and Student-Centered Policy. If you have concerns about compliance with the Code of Conduct, please speak to the Event Partner during the event.

VEX AI Event @ UC Berkeley Event Agenda

We at the Robolabs Foundation are looking forward to seeing you at our VEX AI Event! Below you will find the schedule that we will run our event on. It is important that teams show up on time to all aspects of the agenda, from matches to ceremonies featuring leadership from both the STEM industry and the UC Berkeley Ecosystem.

Volunteers Needed!
We will need a lot of volunteers to set up the venue on the preparation day and to operate the event smoothly on the competition day.

Politica in caso di emergenza/maltempo

Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in Robotevents.com is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

In the case of an emergency/bad weather, we will make adjustments to the agenda and notify all teams via email.

Refund and Payment Policies

​If the Event Partner cancels/postpones the event:

• Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled by the host. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

• Registrations will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be in person. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline will be scheduled ahead of the event date.
