Welcome to the Harkaway Primary VEX IQ Robotics Tournament. We are excited to welcome participating teams for a day of robotics, collaboration and competition. Please review the information below to help your team prepare.

Harkaway Primary School
Event Date:
Friday 17 July 2026
Arrival and Departure Times:
Doors open at 9:30 am
Event concludes at 3:00 pm
Please ensure your team arrives on time and is prepared to stay for the full event.
Platform:
This event is VEX IQ only.
Team Cap:
The event is capped at 16 teams, with a maximum of 4 teams per organisation.
Event Setup:
The event will include 2 VEX IQ fields, with opportunities for teams to participate in matches and skills challenges throughout the day.
Cost:
$50 per team.
Invoices will be sent by in2robotics. Please do not make payments via RobotEvents or Events.VEX invoices.
Judging:
There will be no judged awards at this event.
Grade Level:

Our team will be on-site to support you throughout the day. Please speak with one of the event staff if you have any questions or need assistance.

Call for Volunteers
We are currently seeking parent volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to the parents of your team members and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated.

This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
