Optional Inspection, Pit setup, and Skills: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Coaches and parents asked to assist as they are able)

Saturday, February 14:

Doors Open: 7:00 AM

Registration and Inspection: 7:30 AM

Skills Fields Open: 8:00 AM (Skills Fields Close at end of Qualification Rounds)

Drivers and Coaches Meeting: 9:15 AM

Teamwork Matches: 9:30 AM – 12:15 PM

Break: 12:15 PM – 12:45 PM

Teamwork Matches: 12:45 – 3:45 PM

Finals 4:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Top 30 Teams)

Awards Presentation: 4:30 PM

Note: We will do our best to stay on schedule, but times may change depending on flow of event.

An event like this takes many volunteers to make it a success. If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up on the appropriate form below.

This year we are asking team that would like to register more than 3 teams to provide a volunteer to serve as a judge for each team beyond 3 that they bring to the event (e.g. if a program would like to bring 4 teams to the event, they will provide at least one judge volunteer). ​With an event this large we are espcially in need of judge volunteers. As an incentive and a Thank You for judging, judges will be able to choose from one of the following Thank You gifts:

If inclement weather forces a cancellation or rescheduling, the event page will be updated to give details.

Refund and Payment Policies

All registration fees must be paid two weeks prior to the event.

Any teams that cancel earlier than two weeks may request a refund minus a 20% fee.

Any teams that cancel later than two weeks prior to the event may not receive a refund.

Teams that register less than two weeks before the event must pay at time of registration. The registration fee will be non-refundable.

Vērtēšanas formāts

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.

The INNOVATE Award will be given out at this tournament. Teams that would like to be considered for this award should complete the Innovate Award Submission Information Form and include it in the beginning of their Engineering Notebook:

Paper copies will be available at the event. Submission Form and Notebook must be submitted together at the same time!
