In case of INCLEMENT WEATHER (as determined by SVVSD) the tournament will need to be rescheduled as this tournament is a qualifier for the Vex World Championships. In case of inclement weather, the drone show will be either cancelled or rescheduled.

Payment Deadline:
Payments for this tournament are due the Tuesday prior to the event @ 4:00 PM MST
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Withdrawing from the tournament? Refunds will be available up to two weeks prior to the event, minus the $5.00 non-refundable RobotEvents fee.

- Digital engineering notebook submissions due Sunday, February 22 at 11:59 PM. All digital engineering notebooks must be submitted via RobotEvents by this deadline for judging consideration. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents.
- In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Interview slots are available Friday night for teams that want to make Saturday stressful
