Welcome to the Hampton Park College VEX Robotics Tournament, hosted on Friday 14 August 2026. We are excited to welcome participating teams for a great day of robotics, collaboration and competition.
The event will be held at Hampton Park College. Doors will open at 9:00 am, with the event concluding at 4:00 pm. Please ensure your teams arrive on time and are prepared to stay for the full event.
This will be a mixed VRC/VIQRC event. The event setup will include two VIQRC fields and two VRC fields, providing opportunities for matches and skills challenges throughout the day. Skills Challenge will be offered.
The cost is $50 per IQ team and $60 per V5 team. Invoices will be sent by in2robotics. Please do not make payments via RobotEvents or Events.VEX invoices.
All VEX consent forms and in2robotics consent forms must be completed prior to the event. Please ensure these are finalised before attending.
There will be no judged awards at this event. Although this event is not judged, future events in Victoria will require engineering notebooks to be submitted as PDFs for judging. We are moving to this model to prevent edit rights and access rights issues with shared documents.
Our event team will be on site throughout the day to support teams and answer any questions.

Call for Volunteers
We are currently seeking parent volunteers to help support the event on the day. If you could reach out to the parents of your team members and ask if they are available, it would be greatly appreciated.

This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
