Welcome to Ignite's Override Overload!

This is a Middle School only event. Be prepared to test your skills, showcase your ingenuity, and compete in the sport of robotics.

Participant Release Form

Teams will be checked prior to the event to ensure release forms have been signed.

Inspection

Teams and coaches, please help us speed up inspection time in the morning by checking your robot prior to the competition. The inspection checklist can be found here: https://link.vex.com/docs/26-27/v5/inspection-checklist

Notebooks

Please ensure notebooks are submitted by the deadline of February 8th

Lunch

We will be breaking for lunch at 12:15 PM. More information regarding that break will be posted closer to the event!

Wolontariusz

It takes an army to make these events possible, and we welcome all those who are interested in volunteering. No prior experience is required to volunteer, and we will provide training in the morning. There are roles for all ages, so come out and enjoy the fun!

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be made if the event is canceled. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

There will not be refunds for the event, regardless of circumstances. It is expected that teams utilize the VEX Events system to handle event payments before attending the event.

 

Payment Deadline:

Payment is to be submitted by February 6th. Any team that is added after the payment deadline will have one week to submit payment.

Format oceny

  • Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews:
    Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. 

Digital Engineering Notebooks will be due on the Monday before the event - February 8th.
