Wolontariusz

Volunteers are an important part of every event and we acknowledge that these events would be impossible without them. We appreciate those volunteers who are willing to give of their time for the benefit of our students!  Volunteers help make events run smoothly and play a critical role in every process, from registration to scoring to judging. Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and lunch.

In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email, phone or text, as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.

If this event is canceled by the Event Partner, Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, registration fees will not be refunded.

We will be live-streaming this event on the Ohio VEX Robotics State Championship YouTube Channel.    

Format oceny

• Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions 
  • Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com.
  • The notebook submission deadline is:  Monday, February 15, 2027, at 5:00 pm.
  • Any teams that qualify or receive an invitation to compete at this event AFTER this deadline should make sure their notebook link is posted at the time of registration. 
• In-Person Team Interviews:
  • Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event.
  •  All teams will have the opportunity to be interviewed at least once.  Some teams may receive second interviews if the Judges need additional information.
