Volunteers are always needed, especially judges for judged events!    Lunch is provided.

Polityka w sytuacjach awaryjnych/złej pogody

Weather with be examined no less than 24 hours prior to event.  If event is cancelled due to weather, it will be rescheduled.  No refunds will be provided.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Events will always be rescheduled instead of cancelled. No refunds will be provided.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds are at the decision of the Event Partner, and are based on time between cancellation and event, event capacity.  Refunds are generally provided as free registration to a future event.  In the event a cash refund is approved, the refund will be issued in accordance with school system accounting standards for Fayetteville Public Schools.

Format oceny

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact
• Engineering notebooks must be submitted to events.vex.com by MONDAY of the week of the event.
