A detailed official schedule will be sent out a week prior to each League event. Please use league correspondence as the final schedule.

Typical agendas below: some days may start later or end earlier depending on if there is judging and how many teams are participating. Consult the League calendar.

8.15am – Representatives/Volunteers Arrive 
8.45am – Door Open, Pits Open, Inspection 
9.30am – Drivers Meeting 
9:45am – Qualification Matches Start 
12.30pm – Lunch 
1.00pm – Qualification Matches Resume 
4.00pm – Qualification Matches Conclude, Skills Closes; Awards 
4:30pm Clean up

Championship (12/6)

Format oceny

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit during check in/at check in table. Teams are responsible for dropping of their notebook.
