Welcome to the West Grove IQ Open Qualifier! This event will be held at Avon Grove High School in West Grove, PA
Engineering Notebooks must be submitted electronically by Friday, 12/4 at 5:00 PM EDT.
We will be having a pizza lunch option and concessions. The pizza lunch is $5 and can be purchased prior to the event or first come, first served at the event.

We are looking for volunteers to help our event run.

This event has no available makeup date. A weather-related event cancelation will be made in accordance with the Avon Grove School District's policies.
In the event of a weather-related cancellation, teams will be contacted as early as possible and event registration fees will be returned.

Refunds will only be made if the event is cancelled by the Avon Grove School District. i.e. Inclement Weather, COVID-19, etc. Refunds will be coordinated thru the billing contact for the team. For refund questions, email: [email protected]
Registration fees are due 2 weeks prior to the event
- If your school requires a PO – Purchase Order, please let us know.
- If your team hasn’t paid by the registration fee due date, your team will be placed on the waitlist.
Registration fees will not be refunded for teams that register but choose not to come.
Health and Safety Policies
Our event health and safety policy will follow the most stringent requirements of the Avon Grove School District and Federal, State, and local governments.
These policies will be subject to change based on any policy updates at the time of the event. These policies will be clearly communicated as information update emails.

At this time, we do NOT plan to live stream the event.
Format oceny
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks must be submitted digitally for evaluation via the link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. To submit your digital notebook, ensure your team profile has been updated with a link to your notebook by 5:00 PM on December 4th.
