At this event, we will have 2 Champion Spots for Teamwork Champions.
Concessions and Lunch
At this time, concessions will be available for Breakfast, Snack and Pre-orders for Lunch. We will notify teams if this changes.
Participation and Consent:
A completed form for all participants must be turned in during check-in. Team leaders will need to collect the completed forms for all team members attending the event and turn them in to the registration desk when checking in, unless online forms have been completed.
Day-Of Registration Deadline:
The day-of registration deadline is 8:45 am, teams not registered and present by that time will be removed from the event and will not be included in the match list.
Payments:
All payments for entry fees MUST be in advance. Payments not accepted at the door.
Event payments are expected when you register for the event and must be completed prior to the event date. Unpaid teams will be removed from the event to allow teams on the wait list to register. Please contact me if there are considerations to be made.
If this event is full please contact me regarding availability and to be added to a waitlist.

This agenda is tentative and subject to change. Please plan accordingly. New teams should consider robotics competitions similar to track meets in that they are "All-Day" events subject to variables that can change the timeline. Coaches and team members are advised not to plan additional commitments prior to or immediately following the scheduled end time listed below. Teams who are not present during awards will not be eligible for awards.
8:00am Doors open/set up
8:15am Check in begins/Pit area available/Inspections start
9:00am Check in and Inspections ends
9:10am Welcome/Driver meeting
9:20am “Open Ceremony” / Anthem
9:30am Event starts/Skills field available
Noon Lunch break
12:45pm Competition Resumes
3pm Matches and Skills conclude/Ending ceremony

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be given.
Payment Deadline is February 12, 2027. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Format oceny
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
