5:00 PM - Inspection and Skills Open 

7:45 PM - Inspection and Skills Close

8:00 PM - Facility closes. All teams requested to vacate the premises.

We request all teams to be inspected on Sunday, Feb 14th. In case you are unable to make it on Feb 14th, we require you to be fully inspected by 7:30AM on the 15th. This is a hard deadline.

Mon, Feb 15th, 2027

6:45 AM Doors, pits, and practice fields open; Registration and inspection continue

7:15 AM Inspection Closes for remaining teams (hard deadline)

7:30 AM Opening Ceremonies

8:00 AM Qualification matches begin & Skills Fields open

12:00 PM Lunch break

12:30 PM Qualification matches resume

6:30 PM  Qualification matches ends & Skills fields Close

7:00 PM Elimination Matches begin

8:30 PM Awards

9:00 PM - Facility closes. All teams requested to vacate the premises.

We do not expect dad weather to not impact this event, since all activities are indoors or in covered areas.

However, in case of an unforeseen cancellation, the event partner(s) will communicate with you as early as possible. 

Teams should make sure their contact information on events.vex.com is up to date, and includes phone numbers that they will be able to access during weekends and / or holidays, in case of any urgent communications become necessary.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Event partner(s) will try their best to issue full refunds (minus the $10 processing fee charged) in the event of an unforeseen cancellation.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Registrations will not be refunded for teams that registered but did not attend. If there are teams on the waiting list that can backfill vacated spots, and if you let us know at least five weeks before the event date, refunds can be provided.

All payments MUST be received before the payment deadline date. Teams registered after payment deadline will need to pay registration fee within 1 week.  If payment is not received, teams will be moved to the waitlist, and teams from the waitlist will be offered the spot. Reminders will be sent before the payment deadline. Unless you have an explicit exception from the event partner, your team will be placed back on the waitlist if payment is not received by the payment deadline.

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date. Engineering Notebook submission date will be published soon.
