If an event is going to be cancelled due to inclement weather, natural disaster or other emergency event, all teams will be notified via email (at least 24 hours in advance if possible).
Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date in events.vex.com (VEX Events) and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

No refunds after 9/26/2026 unless we can fill your spot with another team from the Waiting List.
You will need to pay in advance prior to the event by 10/2/2026 or your spot may be forfeited. If you wish to pay in person the day of the event, contact Jon Andrew as soon as you complete registration on Robotevents.
Any refunds will be processed after the event at the event partner's discretion.
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
Format oceny
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges
