We welcome volunteers for our event. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Keith Starost at [email protected]. We are looking for Queuing, Referees, and robot inspectors. If you have experience in design, science or engineering please consider volunteering to be a judge.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Payment Deadline is October 10th, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
