Polityka w sytuacjach awaryjnych/złej pogody
In the event that there is inclement weather on the day of the event, all registered teams will be notified of a cancelation via e-mail. We will also do our best to reschedule the competition for another day.
Zasady zwrotów i płatności
In the case that the event cannot be run on the scheduled date, we will try our best to reschedule; however, if we are unable to reschedule the event, we will issue a refund to all teams registered.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Full refunds will be issued if a team notifies the event partner by email up to two weeks prior to the event.
Payments: Please submit all payments by 12/10/26. If registering after this date, contact event coordinator to arrange payment.
Format oceny
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In-Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The submission deadline for digital engineering notebook submissions will be 12/8/2026.
