VIQRC Middle School Signature Event 2026!
We are thrilled to welcome you to Bixby, Oklahoma, located in the heart of the United States! FrostByte Frenzy promises to be a fun, challenging, and memorable event for all participants. Our goal is to unite top VEX IQ Robotics teams from around the globe for an exciting, high-level competition that inspires innovation and prepares students for success in the 21st century. This Signature Event is packed with festive surprises and holiday cheer, all while maintaining the intensity and professionalism of world-class robotics competition. Our mission is to deliver an unparalleled experience—one that captures the excitement and energy of VEX Robotics World Championship in a friendly, spirited environment.
Our experienced and knowledgeable volunteer staff are dedicated to creating a high-energy, student-focused atmosphere where teams can thrive, collaborate, and celebrate their love of robotics. You may even recognize some familiar faces from the VEX World Championship!

Be a part of the excitement by joining the team of volunteers who will help in a variety of ways to make this event a success for the students involved! You can register for an entire day, or just a portion of the day as your schedule permits for most positions. Lunch is included for all full-day volunteers. Teams will be notified 24 hours prior to the event if there is a weather concern for the event.
Políticas de reembolso e pagamento
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
- Teams will be given registration credit towards the 2027 FrostByte Frenzy, or any other event hosted by Bixby Public Schools.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
- No refunds are available should a team cancel or withdrawl.
Please be advised that you will have 3 weeks from the date of your registration to pay. Teams that miss the payment deadline will be moved to the waitlist. If any teams are invited off the waitlist they will be notified, at the earliest, November 5th.

Signature Event Early Bird Policy

All Signature Events will have a specific Early Bird Registration that is independent of all local/regional Early Bird systems.

Each team starts the season with three (3) opportunities to register during the Signature Event Early-Bird period.

A Signature Event Early-Bird opportunity is not taken away if a team registers for a tournament hosted by their school or organization (where the team’s coach is the Event Partner).

If a team registers during the Standard Registration period, a token is not taken away.

Extended Practice Time
Guests of the Courtyard by Marriott Tulsa Central (must book through official link) will have acecss to an extended practice time at the hotel, courtsey of the property.
