Volunteers are welcome.  Please contact Christina Caldwell ([email protected]) if you would like to help. There will be one ref at each field.  Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs. All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.

There will be no refunds due to bad weather.  Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Your registration fee will be refunded minus the fees events.vex.com charges. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:  Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.  If payment is not received prior to the November 7, 2025 deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list.

• All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. 

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.  A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
  • Electronic Engineering notebooks must be uploaded to vex.events.com no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 18th.
