Agenda

4:00pm - 5:00pm - Check-In/Registration/Inspection

NOTE: All teams must be through inspection by 5:00pm. 

4:00pm - Fields Open for Skills Challenges

NOTE:  Each team will be able to run a maximum of 3 robot (driver) skills challenges and 3 programming challenges. 3 fields will be available for Skills Challenge attempts from 4:30pm - 5:00pm, but only 1 field will be open for skills challenges during qualification matches (5:25pm - 8:00pm). Teams should attempt to finish as many skills challenges as possible before 5:00pm to limit the amount needed between qualification matches. The Skills Field will close at the end of the last qualification round (approximately 7:50pm)

5:05pm - 5:20pm  - Drivers Meeting & Welcome

5:25pm - 8:00pm - Skills Field Open

NOTE:  We have an open tournament in the morning, we ask that teams plan to quickly clean up and transition out of the building so we can "flip" the venue for our Saturday morning tournament.

In the event of bad weather, a decision will be made based on the local school system.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: An attempt will be made to reschedule the event for a future date. Due to the way event payments are received and processed, refunds cannot be issued. Any payment made may be applied toward a future Henry County event.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be issued.

Formato de Julgamento

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
