This event will be hosted by LeTourneau University on the beautul Longview campus in the back gym of the Solheim Center. This tournament will be blended HS/MS V5. Engineering notebooks will be judged beforehand so have your digital notebooks posted by noon on January 22.

There will be a lunch break and students may eat in the school cafeteria via credit card, or there are many restaurants in the area. Short campus tours will also be available during that time.

In case of emergency or inclimate weather, primary contacts will be notified as soon as possible regarding cancellations or rescheduling.

Políticas de reembolso e pagamento

If the Event Partner cancels the event a refund will be issued to the teams at the earliest possible time.

If a coach or mentor contacts the event partner to withdraw before January 16th, a refund shall be issued, not including the processing fee.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend after January 16th, refunds will not be issued.

Webcast

We are planning to webcast this event and if it can be arranged, information will be sent out as the event approaches.

Formato de Julgamento

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. The deadline for notebook submission will be noon of January 22, 2027.
