7:30 AM Doors open, Team check-in begins
7:45 AM – 8:50 AM Inspection and skills challenge (once through inspection)
9:00 AM – 9:10 A M Opening Ceremonies
9:10 AM – 9:20 AM Drivers meeting
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM Qualifying matches/ Skills Open
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch
12:30 PM – 1:00 PM Skills open
1:00 PM – 3:30 PM Qualifying matches
Scheduled Break
3:50 PM – 4:00 PM Alliance selection
4:15 PM – 5:15 PM Eliminations, Finals, Awards

This event will be held entirely inside. Should we have to cancel, all teams will be notified by email and phone ( to the team's primary contact). Please also note that NO REFUNDS will be issued should we need to cancel.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There is no exception if the event is canceled- no refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be given.
If a team has not paid by the deadline, they will be moved to the waitlist.
