In the event of a weather cancellation, all efforts will be made for rescheduling.

If this event is canceled by the Event Partner, a refund for registration fees paid will be issued to each team.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event and then chooses to withdraw or not attend, registration fees will not be refunded. Free entries for future events may be available reviewable by the event partner on a case by case basis.

- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
