Heritage Christian School invites you to compete in this VEX V5 "Override" state championship qualifying event. It will be held in the HCS Elementary Gymnasium. There will be a concession stand. We will also be sending a pizza order form in advance of the event.

Please check your email for Bad Weather cancellation. Refunds will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Please only register teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is October 9, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Formato de Julgamento
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
The submission deadline for digital engineering notebooks is October 14, 2026 at 6:00 PM ET. All notebooks will be pulled at that time, and no edits after that will be considered in order to be fair to all teams.
